Being a developer at a large corporation in China can often feel frustrating. Your work is burdened by endless processes, approvals, and rigid regulations, to the point where most of your energy is spent on things other than coding or improving your product. While I haven’t worked in companies outside of China, I believe this is likely a common issue in large corporations worldwide.
Creating interesting applications is an exciting endeavor. I love programming, but I don’t love working as a developer in a large corporation. That’s why I’ve decided to use my spare time to create something of my own.
By chance, I came across the story of levelsio and read one of his blog posts, which said, “Today is the first day of the rest of your life.” This quote resonated deeply with me. levelsio’s journey inspired me to dive into creating my own products, starting today. And thus, this website was born.
